R.K. Soap Industries Ltd.

We are a Siliguri based soap manufacturing company selling our products in four regions:

• Darjeeling
• Coochbehar
• North Dinajpur
• Sikkim

We manufacture three types of soap:

• Washing soap
• Toilet soap
• Bathing soap

Our salesforce comprise of 40 people divided equally among the four regions.

Currently our salesforce needs to call up and place the order for soaps, where we need to keep track of every call. It is a very complex process of inventory management and leads to distribution system inefficiency.

We require a system wherein the sales people can place their order online and the level of inventory can get automatically updated.
